Sidekicks was founded by Steven Santiago, who has spent years working closely with adults on the autism spectrum and other developmental disabilities. Inspired by the success of family members and friends with disabilities who thrived through enriching opportunities, Steven created Sidekicks to provide a space where more individuals can feel valued, supported, and encouraged to reach their full potential.
